I am honoured to live and work in Victoria BC, on land of the lək̓ʷəŋən People, known as the Xʷsepsəm and Songhees Nations.  Here, I love to imagine new ways to convene groups and gatherings - when possible, in view of trees!

I design and convene intergenerational dialogue spaces that strengthen belonging, civic participation, and regional stewardship.  This includes facilitating conversations that integrate storytelling, systems thinking, and participatory leadership practices to address social isolation and generational fragmentation.

Let's see where we can go together, whether it's workshop facilitation, strategic planning, imagining a new way of engaging a group, or holding space for shifting power in a room.
